阿伦·罗斯顿和他的回忆录《生死两难》阿伦·罗斯顿(AronRalston,1975年生),是一位美国登山家与演讲者。毕业于卡内基梅隆大学机械工程系,曾服务于英特尔公司。2002年他辞去工作,立志登遍科罗拉多州的高山。一年后,他在犹他州的峡谷探险时发生意外,其右前臂被夹在石缝中无法动弹,不得已只好用一把小刀断臂求生。
伤愈之后,阿伦决定将他这次非同寻常的经历用文字记录下来,出版了回忆录《生死两难》(BetweenaRockandaHardPlace)。该书详尽描述了阿伦断臂求生的真实经历,启迪读者思索人生中应当如何面对困难,以及战胜逆境所需要的勇气与果敢。2010年,英国导演丹尼·博伊尔将阿伦的探险经历搬上银幕,取名《127小时》(127Hours),通过影像向世人述说了这段惊心动魄的经历。
