hevillagersgettheirdrinkingwaterfromtheriver,soyoumustkeeptheriverclean。Protecttheplantsandanimals.Donotkillorhurtanyanimals,birdsorinsects.Donotdigupplantsorpickflowers.Haveagoodtime!英语4n教材与教法新教材给我的第一印象是图文并茂、内容新颖、教学理念先进,既符合学生认知发展规律,又注重学生自主性学习和研究性学习,使学生能真正体会到做中学、学中用的乐趣,它也使我们教师在教学观念、教学方法和教学手段上都发生了非常深刻的变化。笔者试从分析新教材的特点人手,提出使用这套教材的几点想法。1初中英语新教材的特点1.1新教材编写理念新颖,编排体例活泼,话题贴近学生的生活且富有时代气息,与世界接轨,有利于提高学生的人文素养。全书图文并茂,深受学生喜爱。1.2与每单元话题相配套的任务设计合理,对培养学生的创新思维能力和实践能力都很有帮助。1.3信息量与词汇量大,要求教师在教学过程中注重学生的综合能力的培养。1.4任务型教学模式在本套教材中得到了充分的体现与运用。2使用新教材的困惑(1)教师一方面认为新教材编得很好,能够改变过去教材中出现的种种缺陷;另一方面却感到难以驾驭,导致教学总是紧张匆忙。许多老师甚至舍弃了听力训练和阅读训练等练习,增课时、赶进度已成为普遍现象。(2)大家都明白教学应该致力于掌握知识和能力提高,但是教师总感觉学生知识掌握得还不够系统,能力发展不够完善,有种拔苗助长的感觉。(3)生词量大,课文篇幅长,语言点不好把握,且磁带语速较快,增加了学生学习英语的负担,同时给教师的备课提出了挑战。(4)对于农村中学学生来说,有的学生在小学根本就没有接触过英语,本套教材改变了以前由浅人深、由易到难的编写方式,对于农村学生来说难以很快适应。(5)国际音标、不规则动词过去式不是逐渐出现,而是一拥而上,使学生分不清东西南北,思维上出现了一定的混乱,增加了学生学习单词和课文的难度,有些教师就干脆不教了。(6)由于生词最大,教师即使讲究教学艺术,也难以充分展示,因为过多的体现艺术,会出现本末倒置现象,忽略了单词、课文的背诵。3使用新教材的几点对策和建议(1)注意搜集与主题相关的素材,整理成册以便学生和老师日后查找。新教材要求各个校尝试开发校本教材和自编练习,其目的就是要结合教师对教材的理解,找到和学生实际能力相当的题材,避免不必要的盲目重复。(2)发挥集体的力星,加强集体备课。充分发挥备课组每位教师的优势和积极性,让每位教师都积极参与新教材的研究,在备课中把各自的想法和理解集中起来,以利于提高整个年级教学的整体性和平衡性,提高学生的整体英语水平。(3)加强学法指导,培养学习策略,督促学生展开课前预习,养成预习的习惯,使学生在课堂上做到有的放矢。(4)充分利用多媒体,把抽象的概念具体化,使复杂的东西简单化,让学生接触更多的知识,从而丰富完善自己的知识结构。(5)教师应转变教学观念,关注学生主体的发展,培养学生的创新精神,提高实践能力,同时努力提高教4n师自身的综合素养。(6)教师应该转变传统的教学角色,由主要演员退居到幕后,变成导演、编剧、剧务等。要下决心舍弃并让出舞台,给学生自由发挥的空间。总之,中学英语新教材在教学改革的大潮中应运而生,激活了人的思维。新教材中话题、结构、功能、任务的结合,使学生能在大量的语言实践中既学习到英语知识,又了解了世界文化。当然,这些都需要我们教师在不断的实践和摸索中来感受。随着新观念的渗透和新方法在教学实践中的积累,我们遇到的一些困难和困惑也会逐渐化解。我相信,只要全体教师积极钻研、加强协作、无私奉献,我们就一定能够战胜教学工作中出现的种种困难,在新的教学改革的道路上走出一条康庄大道来。转贴什么是新课改?新课改的主要内容是什么?应怎么应对新课改?2008-04-0108:33:39|分类:教学类|标签:无|字号大中小订阅新课改是为了适应社会进步和教育的发展而实施的新课程改革,是课程本身及教材理念的根本性变革。新课程的根本指向是人的发展,它倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,新课改的主要内容是:1、转变课程功能。改变过去注重知识传授的倾向,强调形成积极主动的学习态度,使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程2、改革课程结构。改变过去过于强调学科本位、门类过多和缺乏整合的现状,加强课程内容与学生生活以及现代社会和科技发展的联系,关注学生的学习兴趣和经验,精选终身学习必备的基础知识和技能。3、改革课程内容。改变课程内容“繁、难、偏、旧”和过于注重知识的现状,加强课程内容与学生生活以及现代社会和科技发展的联系,关注学生的学习兴趣和经验,精选终身学习必备的基础知识和技能。4、改善学生学习方式。改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。5、建立与素质教育理念相一致的评价与考试制度。6、实行三级课程管理制度。实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理,增强课程对地方、学校及学生的适应性。面对新课改,我们广大的教育工作者特别是一线教师需要不断的充实自己,提高自己,改变自己,只有这样,才能逐步适应不断变革的教育形势,使自己成为一个具有新理念、新思想、新方法的“新教师”。相信自己永远是最棒的!教师应具备的知识与技能知识结构方面应该做到专一、多广,即本专业知识和复合型知识的统一。主要包括自然科学、社会科学和人文科学。能力结构方面应该做到基本能力和特殊能力相结合。主要包括(1)思维条理性、逻辑性;(2)口头表达能力;(3)组织教学能力。另一种观点认为应该包括:(1)信息的组织与转化能力;(2)信息的传递能力(语言表达能力、非语言表达能力);(3)运用多种教学手段的能力;(4)接受信息的能力。还有观点认为应该包括:(1)认识能力(思维的逻辑性、思维的创造性);(2)设计能力;(3)传播能力(语言表达能力、非语言表达能力、运用现代教育技术的能力);(4)组织能力;(5)交往能力。第四种观点认为应该包括:4n(1)基础能力(智慧能力、表达能力、审美能力);(2)职业能力(教育能力、班级管理能力、教学能力);(3)自我完善能力;(4)自学能力(扩展能力、处理人际关系能力)。第五种观点认为应该包括:(1)基础能力(心理教育能力、人际交际能力、组织协调能力);(2)专业能力(教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学监控能力);(3)扩展能力(终身学习能力、教研能力、媒体整合能力);(4)创新能力。评课标准评课作为一种质量分析,首先应该有一种质量标准。这就如同一种产品的质量验收,在验收应有质量标准一样。什么是一节好课的评价标准,因为学科不同,年级不同,地区不同,每次评课的目的任务不同,很难有一个通用的标准。课程评价标准一、教学目的(体现目标意识)1、教学目标全面、具体、明确、符合大纲、教材和学生实际。2、重点和难点的提出与处理得当,抓住了关键,能以简驾繁,所教知识准确3、教学目标达成意识强,贯穿教学过程始终3、教学目标达成意识强,贯穿教学过程始终二、教学程序(体现主体意识)1、教学思路清晰,课堂结构严谨,教学密度合理2、面向全体,体现差异,因材施教,全面提高学生素质3、传授知识的量和训练能力的度适中,突出重点,抓住关键4、给学生创造机会,让他们主动参与,主动发展5体现知识形成过程,结论由学生自悟与发现三、教学方法(体现训练意识)1、精讲精练,体现思维训练为重点,落实“双基”2、教学方法灵活多样,符合教材,学生和教师实际3、教学信息多项交流,反馈及时,矫正奏效4从实际出发,运用现代教学手段四、情感教育(体现情感意识)1、教学民主,师生平等,课堂气氛融洽和谐,培养创造新能力,注重学生动机、兴趣、习惯、信心等非智力因素培养五、教学基本功(体现技能意识)1、用普通话教学,语言规范简洁,生动形象2、教态亲切、自然、端庄、大方3、板书工整、美观、言简意赅,层次清楚4、能熟练运用现代化教学手段5、变和调控课堂能力强六、教学效果(体现效率意识)1、教学目标达成,教学效果好2、学生会学,学习生动,课堂气氛活跃3、信息量适度,学生负担合理,短时高效七、教学特色(体现特色意识)1、教学有个性特点2、教师形成教学风格4n当前评课中存在的问题科学正确的评课能较好发挥应有的功能。反之不科学的评课会降低应有的作用。由于受种种因素的影响,目前在评课有问题上,还存在许多不尽人意的地方,其表现如下:1、重听轻评如果有些该评的课而不评,一方面执教者心里没底;二是评课的作用没得以发挥,听课也就失去了意义。2、敷衍了事即使有的课评了,有碍情面,评课敷衍了事,走过场。“不说好,不说坏,免得惹人怪”。评课大部分是虚假的评议,只讲赞歌,不讲缺点。评议会上,经常是发言只有三五人,评议只有三言两面三刀语,评课冷冷清清。3、平淡肤浅有的听课者听了一节课后,看不出什么问题,笔记上没写出什么,只是笼统地认为“这节课教得不错”,或者说“这堂课教是很差”。有的评课者虽提了不少意见,但多半是枝节问题,教者板书如何,声音大小,教态,拿教鞭的姿势,图表悬挂的高低等等。总之,评议平淡肤浅,泛泛而谈,触及不到问题,难怪有些老师感叹这样的评议没啥意思。4、面面俱到对一节的评议应该人整体上去分析评价,但决不是不分轻重、主次,而需要有所侧重。即根据每一次的听课目的和课型,以及学科特点突出重点。但实践中有些评课面面俱到,因而泛泛而谈,难以突破重点。5、参评面窄评议会上评的少,看的多。为了避免冷场,组织者只好指名道姓发言,由于发言面不广,且大多属于被动发言,因此,评课场面冷清,难以形成各抒己见,畅所欲言的热烈气氛。6、以偏概全还有一种倾向,评课时只评教师的一两节课,不评教师系列课,这如管中窥豹,很难作出全面评价的。7、评“新”弃“旧”眼下冠以“新方法”“新结构”“新课型”的课多起来了。于是,凡是有“新”东西的地方就门庭若市,评课时认认真真,而对传统的东西不屑一顾。显然这也是不妥当的。产生上述问题的原因,可能有以下几个方面。1、认识不足,评议不到位有的评议者不明确评课的目的意义,评课又怕得罪人,怕影响讲课教师晋级评优,所以评议时只讲优点不讲缺点。也有的问题来自讲课教师身上,他们认为自己课提不足,是掉自己的价,是鸡蛋里挑骨头,一旦别人提出不同意见就顶牛。2、评议方法不当,效率低。评课是一门科学和艺术,有规律可循。如果不讲方法盲目地评课,自然效果就不好。3、缺乏严密组织,随心所欲评课效果不好,还与评课没有组织好有密切的关系。有些听课评课,组织人员事前没有具体要求和管理,评课也是盲目性,随意性,松松垮垮。4、缺少素养,认识不到位出现上述评课问题还与评课者的理论素养低,教学经验不足,对课不能做到居高临下的分析有密切的关系。说课评分标准项目内容评价标准分值评分1.确定1.说明本节课内容在教材中的地位和作用。1.5目标说2.准确表述教学目标,可观察、可检测,符合大纲要2.确定1.5教求和学生实际,体现技能训练的可操作性。重难材点3.准确说明本课的重点、难点、关键。1.520%3.教材4.教材处理符合教学目标,寓职业道德教育于教学之1.5处理中。4n1.教法设计要体现以学生为主体,有利于落实教学目2标。说1.教法教设计2.针对重点、难点设计教法,有一定灵活性。2法2.学法3.体现对学生“自主、合作、探究”学习方式的引导。1.5学设计法3.手段4.体现理论联系实际,注重动手能力的培养,专业技230%选用能训练到位。5.选用教具合理,符合本学科特点。1.51.课堂教学结构设计安排合理,教学思路清楚,时间21.环节分配得当。说设计2.课堂教学活动突出学生主体性及多向互动。1.5教2.教学学手段3.突出重、难点的有效解决过程。2程3.时间4.体现专业技能训练方法的可行性2序安排35%4.效果5.现代教学手段的合理利用(制作课件)。1.5预估6.合理设计教学反馈环节,预估教学效果。1.5教1.普通话基本标准,表述具体、充实,层次清楚,语1.语言1.5师言简练清晰,逻辑性强,富有感染力。表达基2.仪表端庄、稳重,举止自然大方,表情丰富,富有2.仪表1.5本修养,精力充沛。举止素3.板书3.板书设计合理,有层次,突出重点,字迹工整、准确、质1.5设计美观。15%合计30首先,说课内容要全面。说课包括说教材、教法、学法、教学程序,这四个方面要分别阐述。一、说教材,即说1、教材内容(包括题目,在第几册、第几单元、第几课,本课的地位,与前后课程的联系等。)2、说教学目标3、说教学重点、难点4、说课时安排、教具准备等。这部分内容在教材配备的教师用书上也有,你可以拿来作参考。二、说教法、学法如实验法、对话法等,这些知识在教育学书上都有,你可以穿插在教学过程中介绍。三、说教学程序说教学程序的各阶段,一般要说出教什么,接下来说怎样教。这要从选择什么教学方法来突破教学的重难点,如何引导学生学习如何训练学习获得知识以及为什么这样教这几方面说。在说怎样教的过程中还要说清:如何进行反馈矫正、小结,如何渗透思想教育,布置作业的内容及如何引导学生完成作业等。要把教学过程说详细具体,但并不等同于课堂教学实录。对于重点环节,诸如运用什么教学方法突破重难点要细说,一般环节的内容则可少说。尽量避免师问、估计生答,师又问,估计生又会答......,这种流水帐式的说法。其次,善于运用语言魅力。在说课时首先要发音标准,吐字清晰,声音洪亮,还有不仅要做到条理清晰,言之有据,而且还要把听课老师当成学生一样,用新颖生动的语言吸引听众,做到有投入、有热情,这样也可以显示出你在实际教学时的课堂效果。在结尾时,也要注意对教学内容进行一定的深入或升华,以此来体现出情感态度价值观的教育目标。再次,冷静机智,随机应变。说课时一定要冷静,表显得沉着稳重,成竹在胸,这也是教师气质的重要体现。遇到卡壳或其他现场等突发问题时,要随机应变,把握主动,迅速扭转局面。4n最后,着装得体,简单大方。人显得精神利索一些,良好的精神风貌,配上得体的服装和大方的举止,会让评委在开始时就眼前一亮。4
