教育文化纯英语演讲稿材料 <br> Educatin hlds the key t success f a sciety.If a sciety is t prsper,ur students must ptimize their ptentials and ur peple must upgrade themselves.We can nt d this withut educatin. <br> Taking int accunt the initiatives we have been taken frward since 2000,I think I can say with cnfidence and pride,that we have put in place the strategy and the infrastructure required fr the delivery f qualityeducatin.Our pririty fr the shrt t the medium term is t sustain the mmentum f the Educatin Refrm and t implement the varius measures annunced. <br> T begin with,we will make all the preparatins that are necessary t implement in 2012 the new academic structure.The three year f senir secndary educatin will be fllwed by a fur-year undergraduate prgram starting frm 2012.This is an imprtant structural change which better addresses the diverse needs f ur secndary schl students,bradens their utlk,reduce the pressure f public examinatins and makes learning mre rewarding. <br> Secndly,n prfessinal develpment,we have scaled up ur schl-based prfessinal supprt services with the creatin f Educatin Develpment Fund in July 2004.with the cncerted effrt f principals,teachers and academics，we have successfully launched a number f gvernment funded prgrams.Tgether they have rendered supprt t 442 primary schls and 589 secndary schls in the past tw years.This area f wrk will remain ur pririty. <br> Schls tday are serving a mre hetergeneus student chrt with diverse abilities and needs than they did befre.It is imprtant that we prvide schls with the necessary resurces t cater fr students’needs.It is equally imprtant that schls have a culture f respecting and amdating individual differences.We will cntinue t strengthen teacher training prgrams,t equip ur teachers with knwledge and skills t address the specific learning needs f their students. <br> I want t emphasize that the challenges fr theing years are nt just a matter fr peple in the educatin sectr.In this fast-changing era,schls are nt just the nly surce f infrmatin and inspiratin fr ur students.Peple frm all walks f life have a part t play in educating ur yungsters.I appeal t the different rganizatins in urmunity t exercise their scial respnsibility,t prvide varius kinds f resurces and cperate with schls in ffering a wide range f activities.Whichever way yu wish t cntribute,it will be mst wee,because we d need yur generus supprt t help nurture ur yunger generatin. <br> Finally,I hpe ur critics will nt be disappinted when I say that ur pririty fr theing years is t sustain and t implement.Althugh “sustaining”and “implementing”shuld nt carry any surprises,it des nt mean that we will nt lk int initiatives which are mre visinary.As the gvernment has penly remarked,we will map ut strategies fr develping ur city int an educatin hub fr the regin.This ambitin is backed up by the remarkable achievements made by ur tertiary institutins in the internatinal arena.By nw,three f ur universities are ranked as amng the tp 100 universities in “The Tp 100 Glbal Universities 2006”in Newsweek Internatinal. <br> Ladies and gentlemen,educatin is by nature an nging prcess,and s is ur endeavr t imprve educatin.We have gne a lng way in mapping ut a shared visin.We have gne a lng way in building fr ur educatin arena a strng fundatin,a fundatin fr embracing changes and fr sustainable develpment.Let us learn frm,and take heart in,what we have achieved s far and mve frward. <br>
